Extremely Dissatisfied – Time to Find a More Reliable Agent
I’ve never dealt with an insurance company as frustrating as this one. No one ever answers the phone, the office is closed to walk-ins unless you have an appointment, and even then, good luck getting one. Emails go unanswered, and now they’ve switched to some impersonal text message system—asking you to reply “UNSTOP” without even explaining why or what you’re agreeing to. It feels like they’re hiding behind technology instead of actually helping their customers.
I called into the main 800 number and they were able to send a message to Reggie’s office to reach out to me by end of day, this is the only reason I received a message.
It’s become clear that I need to find a more responsive and reliable agent. Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, not make you chase people down just to get answers. Definitely not the level of service you expect or deserve. Rachael is just rude!
