Reggie has been my agent for many years. I left for cheaper coverage but went back due to price hikes and i like that his office is within my community. He handles my inquiries directly himself which I appreciate. I simply email him and he responds timely. I highly recommend him for your property including Auto insurance needs.

If you want your premium to go up every 6 months despite absence of wrecks or traffic violations, then youβve picked the right insurance. I recently switched coverage due to the extremely high rates and miraculously my final payment was the same as the price I was billed on my May 9th statement? Payments are taking in advance and I cancelled prior to that next billing cycle, so the entire billed amount should not have been deducted. State Farm has definitely gone down over the years with affordability and being competitive.

I have been with this location for years, even before Mr. Greene took over as agent. Leaving American Family after 14 years of service to them. Well I am not here to belittle and bash, just to say I am glad that some customers are getting the proper customer care for him. I'm still giving a three star rating because even though I get one star service does not mean I am not courteous to others.
